Suntide II has a long history of being one of the favorite family and couples spots on the island.  Owners meticulously take care of their individual units to keep them in top shape for today’s discerning guests.  We take pride in having a very clean and thoroughly maintained property by having our own Director of Maintenance Joe Long along with his staff on site daily.  In addition, we have maid service, including towels and linens available daily.  And of course, the best property management team on the island in Aurora Cruz and Cristina Rivera to see to your every need.

With our private tennis court, and beach volleyball court, amazing pool and hot tub, our beachfront property offers just about everything to keep your vacation on track to be a really great trip.  The entire complex was recently wired for wireless internet access, and this includes the pool deck area.  We understand that some of today’s travelers must remain connected even if this is a “holiday”.

We are located just a block from Blackbeard’s Restaurant, and all the amenities of South Padre Island are just a short walk or free shuttle away from your condo.   For those that prefer to stay in, we have great Texas size barbeques on the beachfront side of the complex, and of course your condo has a fully equipped kitchen for the chef in the family.
