>CANCELLATION POLICY: Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival or first night's deposit is forfeited.
>DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, we require a CASH damage deposit of $200 which is refundable upon check-out after inspection of the condo. Guests are responsible for any damage done to their room, as well as any missing items.
>TOWEL EXCHANGE: Maid service will not be provided during your stay. Towel exchange is available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. behind the front office.
>REFUNDS: Are only given upon MANDATORY EVACUATION.
>REGULATIONS:
1. Please do not Bar-B-Que on balconies.
2. City Fire Codes restrict Bar-B-Ques to beach side north area only.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No smoking inside condominiums.
>ONLINE RESERVATION INFORMATION: When making a reservation online: 1) You will be asked for a Visa or Master Charge. 2) The first night's rental will be charged against your card. 3) Refunds will be given if reservation is cancelled at least two weeks prior to check-in date. 4) No refunds will be given for early departures (unless mandatory evacuation by city). 5) 3% charge for credit or debit cards and is non-refundable. 6) $200 cash due upon check-in for damage deposit, refundable upon check-out.
