CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Full payment of balance of room nights is due fourteen (14) days prior to check-in. Your balance is $__________ and is due by ______________. Please remit payment to the address below.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, we require a CASH damage deposit of $350 for the two-bedroom condo (1-6 persons max) and $450 for the three-bedroom condo (1-8 persons max) which is refundable upon check-out after inspection of the condo. Guests are responsible for any damage done to their room, as well as any missing items.
SECURITY CHARGE: Upon check-in, each registered guest must purchase a security wristband for $15 cash. This wristband must be worn at all times. We will require a copy of a photo I.D. for all registered guests. Visitors are allowed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., only guests with wristbands are allowed on the property. Visitor wristbands are $20.00/day and can be purchased at the office.
TOWEL EXCHANGE: Maid service will not be provided during your stay. Towel exchange is available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. behind the front office.
