The staff at Suntide was very nice and always helpful. But I wanted to make a comment on one in particular. Aurora was very friendly and very helpful. If we asked her where something was in town and she did not know she found out for us. I want you to please pass this on to her supervisor. I worked in a ski resort condominium complex in Snowmass Village, Colorado. I was in management and I would have loved to have had her on my staff. I know from being in the hospitality business that you do not hear the positive things about your employees; you only hear if they made a mistake. No mistakes from Aurora. She was a delight to deal with and very good at her job.

How nice to meet you last month. Now I have a face to go with my words to you. I seem to be a bit late in thanking you and the board for once again making our stay at the Suntide II a most pleasant one. But, I have discovered that when you stay away from home for two months, you have two months of catching up to do when you return. Nothing major needed our attention; just attending to the things we missed like a couple of birthdays, a doctor and dentist appointment, etc. Of course, as always, our stay was made comfortable and enjoyable by the work of Aurora and the rest of the staff. I never worry about anything not working, missing, or wearing out; all of those little annoyances that seem to crop up when you are staying in a rental unit. When those types of problems appear, well, we knew that one of those three people would see that it was solved soon, if not immediately. We are returning for a week in May to help with the Sea Turtle Patrol and are bringing our son, Steve, and good friend, Rita, with us so are staying in 401 instead of our beloved 5th floor condo. I am also bringing copies of a children's book I wrote for Sea Turtle, Inc. about the green sea turtle, Allison. It's a simple read along book illustrated by my sister, Debbie. How easy it was to stay for two months this year. It is sort of like running away from responsibility for a while and just being young again and having fun without thinking about the consequences! We figure 55 years being responsible for children in the classroom entitles us to a bit of devil-may-care time now. But as always, we are glad to return home and once again enjoy our family. We returned just as track season began so didn't miss any of that. And we'll be here for cross-country and football in the fall. Having four grandsons who are athletes keeps one busy and we love it. We look forward to January and February again next year, as do all of those people who return to the Suntide II year after year. Hope to see you again when those months roll around. Wave if you see us in May patrolling the beach!

Our stay was great! All the stafff at the front desk were excellent, and we were treated like long time customers and friends. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. Spent lots of time at the pool and beach, and will definitely come back!

So much to do on the island, and what a view from the balcony in our condo! We had our morning coffee out on the balcony while watching the sunrise, so beautiful. We took advantage of the beach, pool and hot tub, and our entire family had the best vacation ever!

Ms. Cruz – Just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I really enjoyed my stay in 405 during Bikefest! The condo (405) is absolutely beautiful! As a frequent visitor to South Padre Island, I can truly appreciate it when I am able to find a place that is nice and quiet, not to mention clean and comfortable. The service you and your staff provided was most excellent and I look forward to staying with you again! I’ll be sure and tell all my friends, relatives and business clientele about Suntide II. I was very impressed with the condo 502 that we stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all that we needed for our time spent on the Island. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. This was my third time staying in this facility and is by far my favorite. Thanks for the lovely time we had there!

We had the priviledge to stay in this very nice condo Sept. 10 thru Sept. 14, 2009. We LOVED it! The location was wonderful, the condo was great, loved the decor and loved cooking in the kitchen. The master suite was great..we slept so good!! and the view...it was a God sent wonderful vacation. The beach was beautiful. The weather was great..a little rainy at first, but praise God for it! We enjoyed our stay so much! I love the sunrise walks and enjoyed the sunsets at Palm Street Pier...fun place to go if you want a night of entertainmnet and great food. The staff at Suntide II was very friendly and very informative on things to do/places to go. Thank you!!
