PARKING RULES

 

• All vehicles at Suntide II require a parking permit. Only one (1) parking permit, per condominium is allowed.

 

• GOLF CARTS are NOT ALLOWED to be parked on property. The towing company is aware of this rule and will tow away immediately.

 

• Vehicles that display more than one parking permit with the same condominium number are subject to be towed.

 

• In addition, Handicap parking must display a Suntide II parking permit.

 

 

TOWING IS ENFORCED (7-Days a Week, 24-Hours) BY:

RANCHO TOWING.

Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles will be towed at vehicle Owner’s or Operator’s expense.
