Each condominium is managed by a Rental Agency. For ALL needs, requests, or issues during your entire stay, please contact the Rental Agency assigned to your specific condo.

♦Quiet Time is observed daily from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
♦Towels, Linens & Paper Products: All towels, linen and paper products are provided by your Rental Agency. Please check with them regarding towel/linen exchange and refills.
♦Parking: One permit is allowed per Condo, per vehicle (PROVIDED TO YOU FROM YOUR RENTAL AGENCY). Our property is not equipped to allow golf carts, boats, trailers, jet skis, RVs, or motorhomes. Parking cannot be guaranteed during peak time. Parking passes must always be displayed in your vehicle. Vehicles parked in violation of any such regulations may be towed away at the Owner’s sole risk and expense.
♦Luggage Carts: Available on the 1st floor by the elevators. Luggage carts are not permitted inside the condo.
♦No items are permitted to be hung from the balcony’s railing. This includes swimsuits, towels, clothing, signs, mops, brooms, floats, etc. Do not store any items in the hallways or stairwells.
♦Cascading: Please do not sweep or shovel debris from the balcony or hallways. Do not use excessive water when cleaning or sweeping. No water or objects should be thrown from the balcony or hallways. The water or debris will fall and cascade down to other balconies and hallways, that can cause harm or injury to people and damage to property.
♦Grilling: BBQ grills are set up in a designated area on the ground level. Personal grills are not allowed on deck, porch, balcony, wall, or veranda; or beneath any balcony, porch, roof overhang, deck, or veranda as per City Fire Code Ordinance. NO GLASS ALLOWED.
♦Amenities: Amenity availability cannot be guaranteed. Non-working or closed amenities are not grounds for refunds or discounts. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
♦On-Premises Laundry Facilities: Available on 2nd/3rd/4th/5th floors – Coins and Digital Payment (Office at Suntide II does NOT provide change).
♦Occupancy Limits: Occupancy is strictly limited to the sleeping capacity of the Condo noted on your reservation. Our Property Manager and/or after-hours Security Patrol reserves the right to enter the rental property anytime to investigate disturbances, check occupancy and/or check for damages.
♦Pets are NOT permitted.
♦Do not feed birds from the balconies or palapa due to health reasons.
♦Smoking: All units are non-smoking.
♦Trash: All trash must be disposed at the dumpster located at the north end, ground floor of the building. Do not leave trash outside your condo, hallways, or by the elevators.
♦Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency or a life-threatening situation always Dial 911. For all other needs inside your Condo, please contact your Rental Agency. (see above)
♦Construction: There are times when repairs to a Condominium, on our building, and amenities are necessary. No rate adjustments or refunds are given due to any construction taking place during your stay.
♦Weather: Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area we will follow the guidance of governing officials as pertaining to mandatory evacuations. Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. Some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance, which must be purchased at the time of booking, for questions, please contact your rental agency.
♦Pool & Hot Tub Rules:
- Pool/Jacuzzi/Sundeck hours: Daily, 10:00 AM–11:00 PM
- NO Lifeguard on duty – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
- NO FOOD OR GLASS permitted in pool, Jacuzzi and sundeck
- NO diving or running
- NO boisterous or rough play
- NO loud music
- NO large flotation devices allowed
- Jacuzzi is not to be used by children under 12. The high temperature of the water is for the therapeutic purposes required by adults. It is unsafe for children.
- Gate Code is required to access Pool/Jacuzzi and to re-enter property from beach, provided by your Rental Agency
Suntide II Condominium Association is not responsible for vehicles or personal property damages, lost or stolen, or injury to persons on premises.
Nothing contained in this section (resolution) shall be interpreted to prevent or delay the Property Manager from enjoining, abating, removing, or remedying any violation or breach which may impair or in any way affect the value or safety of the project or the use and enjoyment, safety or health of any guest or owner.
